For an [Organization](https://schema.org.ai/Organization) (often but not necessarily a [NewsMediaOrganization](https://schema.org.ai/NewsMediaOrganization)), a report on staffing diversity issues. In a news context this might be for example ASNE or RTDNA (US) reports, or self-reported.
