Intended to be used via an [OfferShippingDetails](https://schema.org.ai/OfferShippingDetails) with [shippingSettingsLink](https://schema.org.ai/shippingSettingsLink) matching this [ShippingRateSettings](https://schema.org.ai/ShippingRateSettings).
